The room was very clean, which i appreciated.

Check-in was quite slow. It took about AN hour. The staff at reception seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful (i found this quite frustrating).

the staff were very attentive and professional throughout my stay. my room, a standard room, was well kept and clean. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with consistently fresh ingredients.

i found that the minibar selection could have been more varied.

superb experience!!!

ideal location excellent service spacious room

the hotel is ideally located near the train station and tram lines. the staff provided excellent service. the room was spacious and included floor to ceiling windows on two sides, also a seating area. plus there was plenty of storage and a coffee machine.

i booked a standard double room, but i received a disabled room. it lacked a lounge area and featured a wet room. the heating system was complicated and did not work properly throughout the weekend. it was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature.

spacious bathroom comfortable sofa large breakfast selection

My room had a comfortable l-shaped sofa and a large tv. i could even plug in my firestick to watch shows. That worked really well. the bathroom was spacious with a good walk-in shower. breakfast offered a large selection of items in a buffet style.

one of the lifts was out of service. this meant there was sometimes a long wait, especially from the upper floors.

spacious room comfortable bed soft pillows uncleaned room overflowing bins no hand soap

the room was spacious. it was well appointed. the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice and soft (i did sleep really well).

i never had my room cleaned despite putting the tag on the door. the bins were overflowing. i had no hand soap for two days. it took several attempts to get someone to clean the room, and the staff member did not understand english.
